First of all, we truly understand that some of customers fail to receive their satisfied products as many reasons. Hence, our customer support team is always willing to listen to your words and find suitable solutions for you!

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

To return or exchange a product to Theteenation. Please contact us using our contact form to initiate a return or exchange.

If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on the website, we’re here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure that:

  • The product delivered in the last 30 days.
  • The product isn’t used.
  • The product itself or the printing is defective, or the final product is materially different than the design displayed on the website.

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • You don’t want the items that you ordered after you’ve received them
  • You change your mind. For example, you like other styles, color.
  • You bought an item by mistake.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

1. After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust certain details by contacting us via ([email protected]) within 24 hours of order placement. Following this, the order will be sent to production, and you will no longer be able to adjust order details or cancel the order. Please note that if you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, you will be held responsible for the payment fee as this fee is non-refundable. (Please note that if you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, you will be held responsible for the payment fee. This is the fee required by the payment gateway unit per transaction. This fee will be 10% of total order.)

2. Please note that:- The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order has been successfully finalized.- You may make changes to your ordered item’s color and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.- Please contact us within 06 hours of order placement if you would like to cancel some items in your order which had had one or more promotions applied. Furthermore, please note that your order may no longer be eligible for the promotion.

3. Besides, all orders can only be refunded within 24 hours of you placing them. After that, we can’t do anything while waiting for it to be manufactured in order to deliver it to you on time, so please read the policy carefully before deciding to buy.

What Else Should I Know?

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your PayPal account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact your bank to check information.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER:

At Theteenation, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product.

Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at [email protected], and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

EXCHANGE POLICY (SIZING ISSUES)

If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the problem. Please email [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date to begin the process.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than two sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange with us.

If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.

Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots, and slip-on. No other product in the Bohemian Fresh catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED:

After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what your customers prefer. The customer can choose from a refund or replacement.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
